Vizag Airport registered 17 degree Celsius as the minimum temperature on Thursday. Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) officials said the lowest minimum temperature till date could be an indication that winter will set in earleir than usual. Around this time of the year, the minimum temparature usually hovers around 23 degrees Celsius.
