Mumbai : The small-time United Congress Party has accused Mumbai police of not taking any action against self-styled godwoman Radhe Maa alias Sukhvinder Kaur after a case under the Arms Act against her was registered at the Airport police station (Vile Parle, East) on March 21, 2016 following the directive of a Andheri court.
Radhe Maa has been booked for carrying a ‘trishul’ with her while travelling in an airline from Aurangabad to Mumbai and now she has approached Bombay High Court for quashing the case. The hearing in the case is scheduled on February 2, 2017.
“The case was registered almost a year ago but through an application of Right to Information (RTI) we got to know that the Mumbai police have not taken any action against Radhe Maa. She has been left scot-free,” said Asad Patel, the Maharashtra state secretary of United Congress Party.
