Mumbai: Budget carrier GoAir today announced the launch of direct flights to Kolkata from Pune besides enhancing frequency on the Pune-Bengaluru route, starting May 19.
As of now, the city-based airline operates stop-over flights to Kolkata.
Effective May 19, GoAir will start daily flights from Pune to Kolkata and a third flight to Bengaluru which will facilitate better connectivity to the two capital cities, GoAir said in a release.
Following the commencement of the two new services, GoAir will provide non-stop connectivity to Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Nagpur, Delhi, and Kolkata from the states second busiest airport, the airline said.
