Kolkata: A passenger travelling on the SpiceJet morning flight from Kolkata to Delhi was offloaded after he allegedly misbehaved with his fellow passengers and the cabin crew members on Saturday. The aircraft that had rolled off the apron area and was on the taxi track, heading for the runway after being cleared for take-off, returned to the parking bay after the captain informed the air traffic control that one of the passengers was creating such commotion that those on board could not endure it for two hours.
The passenger, a businessman, was escorted out by the airline's security personnel and handed over to Central Industrial Security Force at the airport. The matter would have gone to police but the passenger apologised to the airline authorities.
