New Delhi: Two electricians working at the Delhi airport have been apprehended today for allegedly trying to steal copper wire coils weighing 39 kilograms, a senior official said.
The official involved in the security of the Indira Gandhi International Airport said CISF personnel deployed at the airport detected suspicious movements of two persons in the international terminal area and intercepted them.
Just as the two, identified as A Ansari and Nagesh K, were nabbed by the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel, the latter threw away his back pack on the ground.
