Jammu: In the PIL filed by former President of Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Y V Sharma highlighted exorbitant air fares, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Justice Alok Aradhe and Justice BS Walia today impleaded Vistara Airlines and Air Asia India as respondents and issued them notices.
Senior Advocate BS Salathia with Advocate Meenakshi Salathia appeared for the PIL whereas ASGI Sindu Sharma appeared for the Union of India and Senior Advocates DC Raina, Advocates Inderjeet Gupta and Veenu Gupta for the airline companies.
