Hyderabad: GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd has commissioned a new baggage belt at the domestic arrival terminal to ensure a better and faster baggage delivery for the passengers.
The new baggage reclaim belt at the airport was yet another project taken up under Hyderabad Airport’s ‘Passenger is Prime’ programme aimed at delivering an enhanced airport experience to passengers using the airport.
The new 60-m-long baggage belt at domestic arrivals will help to effectively distribute the baggage loads, especially during peak hours and would speed up the baggage delivery to arriving passengers
The Airport had earlier introduced Express Security Check Area for domestic passengers flying without any check-in bags, a concept that is now being considered for adoption across the country.
