Oman flight makes emergency landing at Dabolim

Vasco: Technical snag in one of the engines forced an Oman Airlines flight from Mascat to Goa to make emergency landing at Dabolim International Airport on Saturday evening. All 63 passengers onboard the plane were safe.
According to the information, the Oman flight took off to Goa from Muscat airport at about 2.55 pm thus in midair, the pilot noticed that the one of the two engines stopped working. To avoid any risk, the pilot informed about the engine failure to Goa Air Traffic Control and at 7.40 pm the aircraft safely made emergency landing.
