Tussle over Kishangarh airport credit on

Ajmer: Wresting the credit for Kishangarh airport seems to have become a major issue between BJP and Congress and, therefore, chief minister Vasundhara Raje once again on Monday slammed Congress and said,
"They claim that the airport in Kishangarh was made by them but they did nothing in five years of UPA tenure. We came into power and worked fast from acquiring land to constructing building."
The Kishangarh airport which was inaugurated by the chief minister this month is not yet operational but the fight between BJP and Congress continues.
Raje, at the time of inauguration, claimed that the previous government had done nothing to construct the airport and also rapped the state Congress president and former MP of Ajmer, Sachin Pilot.
On Monday, CM Raje brought up the issue of airport and said that trial will be held tomorrow and she asked the MLAs to fly to New Delhi from Kishangarh so that people come to know that the airport is functional.
