Kuwait bound passenger held with 4 live rounds at IGI Airport

New Delhi: An air passenger was held on Monday by CISF who was trying to board flight No KU-384 for Kuwait with 4 live rounds of unknown caliber (KFBMM) at Terminal-3 of IGI Airport yesterday.
According to CISF officials, on 12.11.2017 at about 04:10 hrs, during random baggage checking at Terminal-3 of IGI Airport Sub-Inspector HK Pandey of CISF detected four live rounds of unknown caliber (KFBMM) from the baggage of a passenger namely Sazid Siddiqui, bound to travel to Kuwait by flight No. KU-384 (STD-0530 hrs).
Mr Siddiqui, an Indian national, during enquiry, he could not produce any valid document.
Mr. Sazid Siddiqui was off-loaded by the concerned airlines. He was taken to the IGI Police Station and handed over to Delhi Police for further legal action.
