New Delhi: The performance of government air carrier 'Air India' was once again the most poor in October in terms of people's complaints registered whereas on OTP scale ie timely flight take off , the nation's biggest airline Indigo stood at numero uno position.
According to figures of Directorate General of Civil Aviation, some 656 complaints were received against Airline companies.
The November so far saw the passenger rush cross the one crore four lakh mark.
