Passengers Delayed For 5 Hours At Mumbai Airport Yell 'Air India Hai Hai' In Protest

From manhandling passengers to offloading them, from serving them terrible meals to taking non-vegetarian options off the menu, airlines have let us down way too many times this year. Add to this their own brand identity that has suffered terribly because they couldn't show empathy towards their fliers.

In a new incident brought to light, passengers at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai were left stranded after their Mumbai-Delhi Air India flight was delayed for five hours.

The flight was scheduled to take off at 9 AM on Sunday but it wasn't until 2 PM that it finally took off.

The passengers sat inside the plane for two hours before being asked to deboard at 11:15 AM. Understandably, they got so frustrated that they started yelling ' Air India hai hai' slogans in protest.
The only response they got in return from Air India officials was that there was a 'technical delay'
