Six technical bids selected for Jewar airport

Greater Noida: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority on Monday shortlisted the technical bids of six companies for preparation a techno-economic feasibility report (TEFR) for the sanctioned international airport at Jewar. One company will be selected from the six after the financial bids are finalised on December 29.
"Eleven leading global companies had come forward to prepare the TEFR, for which the tender had been floated by YEIDA on November 11," said Shailendra Bhatia, officer on special duty (OSD), YEIDA. "We will now examine and evaluate the six companies, which have been shortlisted for their technical soundness. Another presentation will be given by these companies on December 27. Thereafter, we will open the financial bids on December 29, after which a company will be selected for preparing the TEFR," he added.
