New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a 28-year-old Russian woman was allegedly molested by an Indian man inside a flight which was bound for India from Russia.
According to Delhi police, the accused Ram Kishan, a clothes trader in Russia allegedly molested the woman onboard of Russian airlines Aeroflot which landed at Delhi airport on Wednesday morning.
The woman, in her complaint has said that she was touched inappropriately by the accused in the flight and when she resisted, the accused abused, threatened and made indecent gestures.
Based on the complaint of the woman, an FIR under section 354 (outraging a woman's modesty) has been lodged at the Indira Gandhi International Airport police station.
The accused was apprehended by the CISF and was handed over to Delhi police as soon as the flight landed.
