Air crash in Mumbai: Black box recovered

Mumbai: A chartered plane on Thursday crashed in an open area in Mumbai’s Ghatkopar. Fire brigade teams have rushed to the spot. As per ANI, the plane crashed near Jagruti building where contruction work was going on. Five people, including the pilots and one pedestrian were charred to death in the tragic accident.
Two pilots, two Aircraft Maintenance Engineers on board and one person on ground are dead in the Mumbai chartered plane crash, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation confirmed. The incident took place around 1.15 pm today.

Out of the five dead, four were males and one was female. The bodies were recovered from the crash debris and have been sent to Rajawadi hospital.

Since the plane crashed on an under-construictiojn sites, some residents claim that the labourers might have been trapped in the rubble.
2:45 pm: It was a test flight
The plane took off from Juhu this afternoon for a test flight and was returning back to Juhu when the accident happened, as per Times Now.
2: 38pm: Ashok Gehlot offers condolences
Former Rajasthan Chief Minister and AICC General Secretary Ashok Gehlot offered "heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families".
