Ad agency issued showcause notice for Amit Shah posters at airport

Bhubaneswar: The authorities of the Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) on Monday slapped a showcause notice on the advertising agency that put up posters of BJP president Amit Shah inside the terminal building on Sunday.
The BPIA management said the agency had not taken its permission before putting up the posters.
Two huge posters of Shah were put up inside the terminal building. He was in Odisha for a day on Sunday to meet party workers. The showcause notice was served after hundreds of Congress workers
visited the office of airport director Suresh Chandra Hota on Monday to protest against the posters. "The notice asks the agency to explain within three days why it put up the posters without my permission," said Hota.
