Pune: Flyers are likely to run into a green wall on landing at the city airport.
A wall, with a covering of artificial green plants, has come up at the arrival hall with two more such walls slated to come up soon, airport authorities said. An officials said that the walls were an attempt to keep the airport environment-friendly.“Two more walls are coming up soon. The wall has been adorned with plants and while it is pleasing to the
eyes, it also tries to highlight the concept of green and environment-friendly airport,” an airport official said on Monday.
