Ludhiana: There is good news for frequent flyers between Ludhiana and New Delhi as the city will have a flight even on Sundays soon. As of now, the flight between two cities operates four days a week and doesn’t operate on Sundays.
Airport director Anand Narayan Sharma said Alliance Air flight would now operate five days a week including on Sundays. He added that flight on Sundays will start from next week (July 29).
The second good news for residents is that the flight will operate in the morning hours. Whereas the flight will take off from Indira Gandhi International Airport at 7.30am, it will arrive at Sahnewal Airport at 8.45am. The 70-seater flight will take off from Sahnewal Airport at 9.15am and
it will reach Delhi at 10.30am.
