New Delhi: Scheduled airlines have been asked to reschedule flights to and from Cochin airport to Thiruvanathapuram and Calicut airports to cater for stranded passengers.
A Control Room has been set up at DGCA Hqrs, here, which is being manned 24X7 since August 15 night to address issues due to suspension of flight operations to/from Cochin airports, a Ministry of Civil Aviation spokesperson said here on Thursday.
Scheduled flights of the domestic airlines to and from Thiruvanathapuram, Calicut airport from August 16 have been monitored through Integrated Operational Control Centre (IOCC) of the airlines.
