New Delhi: The government on Wednesday called for global bids for the privatisation of helicopter service provider Pawan Hans.
The complete ownership of the firm, a joint venture of the Centre and ONGC that own stakes in the ratio of 51:49, would be offered to the successful bidder, the bid document said.
The government has come out with an addendum to the expression of interest (EoI) issued in April in a fresh effort to sell stake in the firm.
According to the revised EoI document, bidders can seek clarification to the bidding by August 22. The last date for the submission of the EoI is September 12 and the shortlisted names would be intimated on October 3
