Patna: The state capital will have direct flight connectivity with Guwahati from August 31. Besides, a second flight will operate on Patna-Hyderabad route from September 1.
The first direct flight on Guwahati-Patna-Guwahati route will be operated by SpiceJet daily. It would arrive at Jayaprakash Narayan International (JPNI) Airport at 9.35am and depart for Guwahati at 9.55am.
Also, IndiGo will operate a daily Hyderabad-Patna-Hyderabad flight (6E-718), which will land at Patna airport at 7.55am and take off for Hyderabad at 8.25am. It will complete its one-way journey in one hour and 55 minutes.
