Working with grounded Neo planes: PW

New Delhi: American aerospace manufacturering company Pratt & Whitney on Thursday said it is working closely with the affected airlines to clear the problem of combustion chambers in the grounded A320 Neo aircraft.
In a statement, the company said, "Pratt & Whitney is working closely with its clients so that there is no problem in their operations. We are replacing the old configuration with the new configuration engines in the planes."

Due to this problem one week ago, seven aircraft of Indigo and two of the GoAir were grounded.

A spokesman for the company said that now only four of IndiGo aircraft and two of the GoAir have grounded. The problem is that old engines does not have new configuration. "We are gradually changing the old engines."
