New Delhi: A man's wallet was stolen at Indira Gandhi International airport on Thursday morning and the thief refused to give it back even after he was caught. A case has been registered.
Raj Kamal told cops that he was about to board a flight to Kolkata. "After security check, I walked out, only to realise almost a minute later that I had forgotten my wallet in the tray," he said. He added that he went back to check but when he didn't find his wallet anywhere, he went to the CISF officers and with their help, looked up the CCTV footage and identified the man.
After an extensive search operation there, the man was tracked down. He started running away in order to evade arrest. The accused, Alok Kumar, was finally overpowered by Kamal and the officials, who then handed him over to the police.Cops said that a case was registered and investigations were taken up. The accused was identified as Alok Kumar.
