Muscat: The low-cost Indian carrier GoAir has been approved by the Public Authority for Civil Aviation to operate seven weekly flights to Muscat from Kannur in Kerala, starting February 1.
The authority last week stated that ‘it has approved the operation of Indian airline GoAir for seven weekly flights from Kannur International Airport to Muscat International Airport from February 1, 2019’.
The airline started its international operations in 2018 with flights to Phuket in Thailand and Male in Maldives. It has also got the nod from Indian authorities to start operations from Kannur airport to Dammam in Saudi Arabia.
