StarAir takes wings with UDAN 3.0

The newest airline in the Indian skies which commenced commercial flight operations only a couple of days ago has bagged the most number of routes (from Karnataka) in the (Ude Desh Ka Aam Naagrik) UDAN 3.0 or third round of the Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS).
The Bengaluru based StarAir promoted by the Ghodawat Group and which started its first commercial flights on January 25, has bagged 13 routes in UDAN 3.0.
A bulk of these routes will be operated from the Belagavi airport connecting to destinations like Indore, Jodhpur, Jaipur and others, the airline has also been awarded an intra state route between Bengaluru and Kalaburgi. The airline will operate from three airports in the state-Bengaluru, Belagavi, Kalaburgi which are among the four airports been that have been chosen to operate flights under UADAN 3.0.
StarAir will not be operating from Mysuru airport from which Alliance Air has bagged four routes.
