Aero India won’t disturb fliers

Bengaluru:  BIAL, the operators of the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA), said on Wednesday that the upcoming Aero India show, which is to be held at the nearby Air Force Station Yelahanka, would not cause any inconvenience to the passengers.
Flight operations at KIA would be partially suspended in view of the Aero India.
From February 14 to 17, the airspace would be closed between 1.30 pm and 4.30 for the conduct of practice sessions at the air base. On February 20, the airspace would be closed between 9 am to 12 noon and 2 pm and 5 pm.
“BIAL fully endorses and support the Aero India and Bengaluru is the best place to host the airshow because of the number of aerospace companies in the city.
