Cept students work on improving passenger experience at SVPI airport

A group of students of Cept University have worked on a project to improve passenger experience at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International (SVPI) Airport.

Students of Service Operations Management Studio from the Faculty of Management looked at different aspects of service, operations and management which included vehicular management, counter management, security-hold area, procurement management, baggage and trolley management. The students worked at the domestic as well as the international terminal with an aim to improve passenger experience at the airport and reduce the process time.

An official from the airport said, "While there have been lot of improvements at airport, we wanted expertise in terms of analysis to further better the passenger experience.
