Man held at IGI Airport with 2kg gold

New Delhi: Customs officers arrested a man coming from Dubai at the Indira Gandhi International airport for smuggling two gold bars worth Rs 61 crore. Customs officials said that on the basis of a specific intelligence, officials intercepted him with 2kg gold. He was placed under arrest and officials said that investigations in the case is on. He had hidden the gold inside the false wall behind the flush of a toilet in the airport, the customs department said in a statement.
