Saab signs Indian partnership accords

Bangkok: Saab has signed agreements with three Indian companies to support its bid to supply its Gripen fighter aircraft to the Indian Air Force (IAF).

The Swedish group announced on 21 February at the Aero India 2019 show in Bangalore that the separate memorandum of understanding (MOU) agreements were signed with Dynamatic Technologies, CIM Tools, and Sansera Engineering.

Saab said its MOUs with CIM Tools and Sansera, which expand existing arrangements on commercial aerostructures, facilitate collaboration on the Gripen aircraft and other Saab defence-related products.
