Pune: As many as 142 passengers of a Dubai-bound Air India Express flight were stranded for more than six hours
due to a delay on Saturday.
The flight (IX211), scheduled to take off from Pune at 2.40am, finally left at 8.20am. Milind R Kulkarni, another passenger, said the airline staffers “don’t have the courtesy to convey to customers in advance. Not a single Air India personnel available at Pune airport”. An airline official said, “The sector faced some issues, due to which the flight got delayed. The passengers were looked after.”
