Amritsar: Custom authorities at Sri Guru Ram Dass ji International Airport on Friday nabbed a passenger for allegedly sneaking in gold bars worth over Rs 49 lakh. He was travelling in Bengaluru-Amritsar Indigo flight when intercepted by the custom sleuths. The accused was found concealing 10 pieces of gold bars weighing around 1.492 kg. The gold was found concealed in his shoes.
