2 new flights to Delhi, Mumbai

Patna: Budget carriers GoAir and SpiceJet are set to introduce four new direct flights from Patna to Delhi and Mumbai this week.
As part of the summer schedule of the Jayaprakash Narayan International Airport, GoAir will start operating a new flight between Patna and Delhi from Friday. SpiceJet, on the contrary, will introduce one flight on the Mumbai-Patna-Mumbai route the same day and two more flights between Patna and Delhi from Saturday.

According to a GoAir executive, “The proposed Delhi-Patna-Delhi flight (G8-2511) will leave Delhi at 11.30am and reach Patna airport around 1.20pm. After a 30 minute halt, the flight will take off for Delhi at 1.50pm and reach there at 3.25pm.

GoAir is already operating 10 flights, including six to Delhi, two to Bengaluru and one each to Kolkata and Mumbai, from Patna.

The new SpiceJet flight (SG-284), connecting Patna to Mumbai, will fly at 10.30am and arrive at Patna at 12.45pm. It will depart from Patna at 1.15pm after a 30 minute break and reach Mumbai at 4.05pm.

SpiceJet’s Delhi-Patna-Delhi flight (SG-8998) will reach Patna at 9am and leave at 9.30am. It will land at Delhi airport at 11.10am. The second flight (SG-8722), connecting Patna and Delhi, will begin its journey at 12.55pm and arrive at Patna at 2.40pm. It will take off from the Patna airport at 3.10pm and reach its destination at 5pm.
