The grounding of Jet has come as an opportunity for the market to hire a readily-available skilled workforce with experience and knowledge. As part of its expansion plans, the startup will be hiring HR managers for its Mumbai branch and a sales head for its North India operations in Delhi. They will be directly hired basis industry benchmark, experience, skills, knowledge, etc. and deployed for the roles.
