New Delhi: The Central
Industrial Security Force (CISF) on Friday
detected 35,000 US dollars worth Rs 24.64
lakh from two Sudanese nationals at Mumbai
airport, an official release said here on
Saturday.
On May 17, around 0920 hrs, during preembarkation security check through scanning machine at Mumbai Airport, CISF personnel noticed suspicious images inside bags of the two passengers.
On suspicion, the bags were selected for a thorough search and on physical checking of the bags in presence of the passengers, 35,000 US dollars worth around Rs 24.64 lakh were detected from their bag.
