Kochi: As part of the runway recarpeting work at Cochin International Airport Ltd (Cial), slated to be held from November 2019 to March 2020, all the operating airlines have been advised to reschedule their daytime services as there will be no flight operation from 10am to 6pm during this period.
The work will start on November 20 and continue till March 28. The daytime flights will be rescheduled to night. Cial has already asked the airlines to reschedule the timetable to provide the passengers with the updated schedule. As most international flights operate between 6pm and 9am, international traffic won’t be affected much. Around 35 domestic flights have to be rescheduled.
