Mangaluru: Taking note of the convenience of the passengers, SpiceJet has introduced two direct flights on Bengaluru route, one in the morning, and the other at night.
At present, a total of eight flights operate between these two cities. IndiGo and SpiceJet have been operating four flights each.
Even after the addition of SpiceJet flights, the facility is less as compared to last year as Jet Airways used to operate six flights on this route till April. Because of less flights, fares had gone up.
The passengers feel that gap between two flights should be kept at an optimum level of nearly an hour, as they observe that in some cases, the flights depart within a short gap.
