New Delhi: Air India’s regional arm, Alliance Air (AA), on Thursday started a 4-day “cheaper than trains” sale for travel between July 10 and September 30, 2019.
The fully-owned AI subsidiary says its sale, which will end on Monday, “is offering air tickets which are cheaper than train fares so that rail/train commuters can experience the luxury of flying at train fares.”
For example, an AA official says one-way all-inclusive fares are Rs 990 for Bikaner-Jaipur and Jaipur-Udaipur; and Rs 1,190 for Bombay-Surat and Bombay-Shirdi.
“The sale covers entire network of Alliance Air with 56 destinations. Alliance Air currently has 114 daily flights,” the official said.
