IndiGo CFO Rohit Philip Resigns

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. on Friday said its Chief Financial Officer Rohit Philip has resigned. Philip's resignation is effective from Sept. 15, the operator of IndiGo airlines said in a stock exchange filing. He will be replaced by Aditya Pandey from Sept. 16.
The resignation comes soon after the two feuding co-founders of the airline called truce. Rakesh Gangwal and Rahul Bhatia shed aside differences to vote in favour of a proposal to expand the board size to ten currently.
Gangwal had said the changes would give more powers to InterGlobe Aviation Enterprises Group controlled by Bhatia. That was after the airline agreed to change its related-party policy following his accusations of questionable transactions between Bhatia’s firm and the airline.
