An Air India flight from Bangalore to Dubai was diverted to Oman on Saturday night after it developed technical issues, according to a media report.
Flight 993, travelling from Bangalore via Goa to Dubai, was forced to land in the Muscat International Airport after it developed “some engine problems”, an official told Times of Oman.
The Airbus A321 flight spent three hours stranded at the Muscat airport, according to a passenger.
According to tracking site flightstats, AI 993 from Bangalore to Goa has been delayed for over four hours on Sunday.
