New Delhi: SpiceJet on Tuesday said Harsha Vardhana Singh has resigned as independent director from the company.
His resignation is effective from October 1.
In a filing to the stock exchanges, the airline said Singh has quit as independent director as "he wishes to concentrate more on his personal life and retire from active corporate engagements".
