South Indian delicacies hold a special place in our hearts and stomach, therefore, next time if you depart from Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA), managed by GVK Mumbai International Airport Ltd (MIAL), you must pay a visit to the newly launched South Indian restaurant – Grand Annapoorna. The new restaurant at CSMIA offers versatility in delicacies, and will go a long way in familiarising global citizens to local food from South India. The passengers will not only be able to enjoy mouth-watering food but will also be able to enjoy the meal with a great view due to its proximity to India’s largest art initiative – the Jaya He Museum.

The purely vegetarian restaurant, Grand Annapoorna, opened this week, is available to passengers flying via CSMIA’s Terminal 2 at the international departures, said a GVK MIAL statement. With this new addition under its name, MIAL further expands its food offerings at the airport. Spread across a massive 21,000 sq. mts. the F&B and retail area at CSMIA is brimming with new and exclusive brands and outlets.
