Singapore's Changi Airport to give free tour of Jewel terminal to select transit passengers

New Delhi: Indian travellers with transit times of over 5.5 hours at Changi Airport and a Singapore visa can now get a free guided tour of Jewel Changi Airport which opened this April. India, with over 230 weekly services, is the sixth largest market for Changi Airport. The airport has seen India emerge as its strongest growth market, with 48 lakh Indian passengers in 2018, 12% rise from previous year.

“Changi Airport Group, in partnership with the Singapore Tourism Board and Singapore Airlines, has introduced a new Jewel tour itinerary as part of the airport’s Free Singapore Tour (FST) offerings. Open to transit passengers with a minimum 5.5-hour layover and relevant visa approvals to enter Singapore, this complimentary tour takes travellers through the many features of the celebrated Jewel, including a closer look at its architectural wonder and dynamic array of entertainment, dining, as well as retail offerings,” Changi Airport said in a statement.
