The cheapest same day flight from Delhi to Mumbai on Air India as of now is Rs 22,361 (exclusive of taxes) on flight aggregator MakeMyTrip with a 10-hour layover at Nagpur. The most expensive same day flight is a whopping Rs 59,899 (exclusive of taxes) on the same airline, but it takes a total of 6 hours 35 minutes for the journey.
Non-stop flights, which take around two hours to reach Mumbai from Delhi, cost between Rs 23,000-25,000 (exclusive of taxes) on budget carriers, including SpiceJet and IndiGo.
Airfares are decided on the basis of a number of factors, including availability and demand, time of booking, and public holidays.
