Mohali: Saturday turned out to be another day of flight cancellations and delayed arrivals at Chandigarh International Airport due to poor weather conditions.
While the flight from Dharamshala arrived late by 1.35 hours, the Kullu flight was late by 3.45 hours. Apart from these, 11 other flights arrived and departed late during the day.
According to the airline operators, all the flights got delayed at their sources, as visibility at Chandigarh was normal. Delayed arrivals led to delayed departures from Chandigarh, he said.
Air India's Dharamshala flight departed late from Dharamshala by 1.35 hours at 10.13am against the scheduled departure of 8.30am and arrived at Chandigarh at 11.05am against the scheduled arrival of 9.30am.
Similarly, the Air India flight from Kullu also got delayed at the source by 3.45 hours. With scheduled departure from Kullu at 8.30am, the flight took off at 12.35pm to arrive here at 1pm against the scheduled arrival of 9.15am.
