Nagpur: Passengers of a Mumbai-Nagpur flight of Indigo Airlines had to wait for nearly seven hours to reach here as the plane was delayed for different reasons one after the other.
It began with a technical problem in the aircraft, followed by issues with the airport here and finally the flying time for the crew getting over. The aircraft, which was supposed to land at Nagpur by 1pm, finally reached at 8pm. It also affected the passengers who were to fly to Mumbai.
Initially, the plane could not take off on time from Mumbai due to a technical problem. By the time the fault was rectified, the runway at Nagpur airport was closed for an hour for daily maintenance.
