From missing luggage at the airport to having a bad experience with the flight crew, airplane horror stories can leave anyone with jitters. And it seems like recently, Sonam Kapoor too became a victim of a terrible experience while flying to London. The actress took to her social media account to express her anger.
Sonam was flying to London with British Airways and when she reached the airport she came to know that the airline had lost her luggage. What irritated the star the most was the fact that this was the third time that the airline lost her luggage.
Sonam wrote in her tweet, "This is the third time I’ve traveled @British_Airways this month and the second time they’ve lost my bags. I think I’ve learnt my lesson. I’m never flying @British_Airways again."
After Sonam’s tweet many netizens expressed their dissatisfaction with the airline’s services. Even Housefull 4's Pooja Hegde took to the thread to write about her experience.
