Donald Trump ditches standard Air Force One aircraft for trip to Agra

Ahmedabad: After addressing the high-decibel ‘Namaste Trump’ campaign-style rally at Ahmedabad, US President Donald Trump left for Agra where he will visit the iconic Taj Mahal.
Trump ditched the standard Air Force One, a Boeing 747 200B series VC-25 aircraft, for a smaller C-32 (Boeing 757) aircraft which served as the US President’s ride for the flight from Ahmedabad to Agra.
The Air Force One often called “Flying Oval Office” is a fortress in the sky when it flies. The highly-customised presidential VC-25 aircraft, manufactured by Boeing, is one of the largest commercial airliner in the world.
After Agra, the US President will land in the national capital around 7.30 pm for the main leg of the trip.
