Guchhi Pulao by Masque’s Sadhu on Singapore Airlines’ first-class menu

Mumbai: A version of Masque co-owner, chef Prateek Sadhu’s mother’s traditional recipe of Guchhi Pulao, which is native to Kashmir, features on the first and business class menu of Singapore Airlines. He has recreated the dish after careful consideration, thought and planning to offer passengers a taste of the northern Indian state.

“It is an honour to have my mother's recipe of Guchhi Pulao added to the meals available to the first and business class passengers of the elite Singapore Airlines. I have many a warm childhood memory of indulging in this delicious delicacy, and it has been a dream come true to have my recreation of this traditional dish, cross boundaries and fly high, both literally and figuratively,” he added.

In a first-of-its-kind collaboration, Cond Nast Traveller offered an exciting opportunity to a number of restaurants from the Conde Nast Traveller and Himalayan India's Top Restaurant Awards list.
