DHS urges Air India AI883 & AI1661 passengers to report to nearest Govt Health Facility

Panaji, Apr 5 (UNI) Directorate of Health Services (DHS) has asked those who had travelled by Air India flight AI 883 and Air Asia flight AI 661, which landed in Goa on March 22 and March 19, 2020, respectively, to quarantine themselves.
The appeal has been made in view of two patients being detected positive for Corona virus Disease (COVID-19) on April 3, 2020, and April 4, 2020, at Goa Medical College (GMC) having a travel history to reached Goa from Air India Flight.
''The Corona Positive Patient detected on April 3, 2020, at Goa Medical College has a travel history from Kempton Park to Johannesburg to Kenya to Mumbai to Goa from Mumbai to Goa.
He travelled via Air India Flight AI661 and reached Goa on March 19, 2020. The Corona Positive Patient detected on April 4, 2020 at Goa Medical College has a travel history from San Francisco to New Delhi to Goa. From New Delhi to Goa he travelled via Air India Flight AI 883 and reached Goa on March 22, 2020,'' a statement said.
