Dimapur: In connection with the detection of the first COVID-19 case in Dimapur, the Health and Family Welfare Department has informed all concerned who have travelled in the same flight (Air India 709 on March 24) or have come in contact with the above mentioned positive case to mandatorily report to the nearest hospital or through phone calls to respective District Helpline phone numbers.
The department meanwhile assured that it is aggressively tracing all potential contacts to break the chain of transmission. It therefore sought the support and cooperation of all citizens of the State.
Concealment of information sought through this notice by any individual, if found is a punishable offence, it was further cautioned.
